A week where the sport was mostly thinking
From 9 to 16 March, the ASES club ran a week built on precision rather than speed: chess, rami, FIFA and billiards, closing with an awards ceremony.

From 9 to 16 March, ENCGS came alive with an exceptional event, organised by the ASES club, offering a complete immersion in competition and strategy.
Disciplines that test the head
The programme highlighted individual disciplines that tested precision and thinking skills: chess, rami, FIFA and billiards.
It is a deliberate selection. None of these reward the fittest player in the room. They reward the one who reads the position accurately, keeps their nerve deep into a long match, and does not talk themselves out of the right move.
Between focus and fair play
Between focus, fair play and shared moments, each day was marked by an outstanding atmosphere where determination and passion stood out.
A week is long enough for form to matter. Players who started strongly had to hold that level across days rather than a single afternoon, which is a different test entirely.
Closing on a high note
On 16 March, the week concluded with the awards ceremony, honouring the winners and celebrating the performances of all participants.
Congratulations to everyone for their dedication and competitive spirit, and particular praise to the winners for their remarkable achievements. A big thank you as well to the ASES club, whose organisation made the week genuinely memorable.
