Cinexpress: three days where every school became a film crew

Organised by Espress at ENCG Settat, Cinexpress is more than a competition. It is a celebration of the seventh art, bringing together creative minds, passionate storytellers and future filmmakers under a single idea: to create, to inspire, and to express through cinema.

Day one, and a winner

After a powerful first day, the film "Remorphed" was declared the winner. Day two pushed the energy higher still, with more than three schools invited to compete.

The cameras were rolling, ideas were turning into stories, and every school was giving life to its vision frame by frame.

From the first spark to the final cut

From the first spark of an idea to the final cut, Cinexpress is a journey where imagination takes the lead and passion fuels every frame.

Anyone who has edited a short film knows the specific despair of the second day: the footage never quite matches what was imagined on the first. Getting from there to a finished cut is the actual skill the competition tests.
